Windows 11 Base Unit Issues

With the adoption of Windows 11, DisplayLink may experience difficulty identifying the base unit. Through testing, we have determined that DisplayLink version 11.4 M0, released on June 12, 2024, provides the most stable performance. Sensor Boxes

Windows 11 may experience compatibility limitations with select pre-installed port management drivers. If the sensor box powers on but is unable to connect to the software, please disable the port manager drivers (for example, Intel® Active Management Technology – SOL (COM3)).
